What Is an Asynchronous Visit?
An asynchronous visit allows you to complete your follow-up check-ins on your own time, without needing a live appointment. You’ll answer a structured set of questions about your progress, medication, and any symptoms through our secure virtual assistant (GPT).
Your provider reviews your responses during designated times and sends your plan, dose adjustments, or instructions through your normal communication method.
It’s convenient, simple, and empowers you to stay on track with your wellness goals.
How to Complete Your Follow-Up Check-In
Click the Solar Plexus Virtual Visit link on our website.
When prompted, enter your client code (do not enter your name, date of birth, or other personal identifiers).
Answer the intake questions as completely as possible.
You will receive a confirmation message that your check-in was submitted.
Your provider will review your information during the next review window.
⏰ When Your Provider Reviews Asynchronous Visits
Your follow-ups are reviewed twice daily:
7:30 AM
2:00 PM
Any check-ins submitted after 2:00 PM will be reviewed the next business day at 7:30 AM.
Important Scheduling Notes
No chats are reviewed on Sunday or Monday.
If you complete your follow-up after 2:00 PM on Saturday, it will be reviewed Tuesday at 7:30 AM.
If you are out of medication before your review window, please plan ahead and complete your check-in early.
This ensures safe, timely, and thorough processing of every visit.
What Happens After I Submit My Intake?
Your provider will:
Review your clinical information
Make dose adjustments if needed
Provide guidance or recommendations
Send your plan or refill approval through your regular communication channel
(Email, text, patient portal, etc.)
No decisions are made by the virtual assistant — your licensed provider reviews EVERY visit personally.
